You know that feeling - when your dog picks up the trail, makes the decision, and you’re right there with them. Not leading. Not following. You are a team.
That’s what mantrailing gives you.
And that’s what the Autumn TrailFest 2025 is all about.
Two full days. Four trail locations in beautiful areas and landscapes across Cornwall.
You and your dog, working together, growing in confidence, and having a laugh along the way.
This is for those who may have had a taste of trailing and want more up to those with more experience looking to trail in a different environment. this weekend is designed for you.
Limited to 10 working dog spaces. We keep numbers low so you and your dog get personal attention and space to grow
If you have not trained with us before you will need to fill in the Registration Form as well.
🐾 Two full days of trailing with your dog
🐾 Four different trail locations across Cornwall
🐾 Small groups - max 5 working dogs per instructor
🐾 One-to-one feedback throughout the weekend
🐾 Different environments, real trailing, rain or shine
Registration will be Friday afternoon and we’ll trail in two locations on Saturday (in the west of the county) and two more on Sunday (in the east).
The weather might be wild. The ground might be wet.
But the dogs won’t care - and neither will we.
Because it’s about more than technique.
It’s about connection, confidence, enjoying the experience of working with your dog.
You’ll leave the weekend with:
🐾 A deeper connection with your dog
🐾 Greater confidence in your handling
🐾 A better understanding of scent and behaviour
🐾 Muddy boots, happy memories, and a lot of shared wins
This is also where theory meets practice - everything we teach, you’ll put into action on the trail. Learning as we go.
Annie Page – Expert Mantrailing Instructor (British Mantrailing Academy) & Level 4 Lead Trainer (Mantrailing Scent Dogs)
Tracy Simpson – Mantrailing Sports Instructor (BMA) & Level 3 Certified (Mantrailing Scent Dogs)
Both are operational dog handlers with Cornwall Search Dogs, bringing real-world experience to every trail.
Their coaching is grounded, supportive, and shaped by what works (with a touch of humour) - not just what’s written in the manual.
